Summary of booking terms and conditions

  • All bookings are subject to committee approval
  • No 18th/21st parties accepted as hall not suitable and has no bar facilities
  • A deposit is required to secure the booking
  • Deposit is non refundable for cancellation of booking. Please view our Hire Agreement.
  • Deposit of £30.00 for event/party hire will be refunded if room found clean & tidy following the hire of the hall.
  • Hire charge payable prior to release of key.
  • Hire period to include set-up and cleaning time
  • Hall to be cleared, cleaned and locked by 23.00 hrs
  • Keys to be returned to the Bookings Secretary or other designated Committee member within 12 hours
  • Regular booking charges can be discussed with the Village Hall Management Committee
